Appointments can be booked by phone or in person. The staff member who is assisting you will ask for a reason for the appointment. This is to ensure that the appropriate amount of time and equipment is available for your appointment.
You will receive a reminder phone call or email the day before your appointment. Your appointment time is reserved for you. If you are unable to attend your booked appointment, please contact us 24hrs prior to cancel so we can use it for someone else. Cancellations received within 30 minutes of a booked appointment time will be considered a no-show. Patients may be sent a letter after 3 no-shows in one calendar year. If they are no-show again they may be required to pay a fee of $50 before they can be seen in the clinic again.
