When a referral to a specialist or for a test is made, you will be contacted by either their clinic or ours regarding your appointment date and time. You will also be advised at this time of any special preparation required for your appointment.

Wait times for specialist consultations and special tests vary tremendously. Unless your problem is urgent, please wait at least 2 weeks before phoning to check on the status of your referral. Please do call our clinic though if after two weeks you haven't heard anything regarding your referral.
